Enter the size of your document in millimeters. The example is an A5 format (210x148mm) Check or adapt the size of your document (portrait or landscape) Tick the "Safe area". No images, texts or logos should be in that area. The safe area appears in red. The backgound colour, image or pattern can be in the safe area. If you have a background, always stretch it outside the printable area of your file : this will create the bleed needed for printing Then you need to manage the bleed of your file. Always enter 0,3mm and 0,5mm if you choose a lamination of your print. Check for Print quality : the software will tell you if the resolution of your some of your elements are valid for a good printing quality. Export your file. Choose PDF and tick all the following options for a perfect file :)
